Bernhard Landauer has appeared in productions by Brigitte Fassbaender, Achim Freyer and Harry Kupfer at the Berlin State Opera, at the Bregenz Festival, at the Aalto-theatre in Essen, at the Frankfurt Opera House, at the Innsbruck Festival Weeks, at the Schwetzingen-Festival and at the Viennese Staatsoper and Volksoper. His partners were Thomas Hengelbrock, René Jacobs, Robert King, Bernhard Kontarsky, Ton Koopman and Mstislaw Rostropowitsch. His list of repertoire features ancient music, Lieder of the romantic era, as far as to first performances of works by Richard Dünser, Alfred Schnittke, John White and Simon Wills. Since many years he is thoroughly devoted to respiration technique, physical and mental training in cooperation with (among others) Renate Schulze-Schindler ("Institut für bipolare Atem-, Körper- und Stimmarbeit", Berlin) and Franz Pissinger (Research Centre for Hypnosis, Vienna). Between 1998 and 2004 he was a teacher at the Viennese Conservatory. 2006-2016 he received a training in Craniosacral Work at the Milne Institute (USA).
