Hannelore Ramminger | Violin
For more than seven years she played with the Mozarteumorchester Salzburg. Currently she is Concertmaster of the Chamber orchestra Gleisdorf and leads a violin and viola class at the Musicschool Gleisdorf. She also teaches regularly at the Joseph Haydn Conservatory Eisenstadt. Hannelore Farnleitner started playing the violin at the age of three. At the age of eleven she was already accepted to the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna, and remained there for eight years, studying with professors Ernst Kovacic, Klara Flieder, and Thomas Fheodoroff. After that she studied violin in the master class of Prof. Benjamin Schmid and Klara Flieder Pantillon at Mozarteum University in Salzburg. Thanks to a scholarship that is given to especially talented students, she had the opportunity to study at the famous Guildhall School of Music in London with internationally acclaimed teachers as Alasdair Tait, Louise Hopkins, Evan Rothstein, Matthew Jones or David Dolan. Mrs. Farnleitner had her orchestral solo debut at the age of thirteen. She now has a very active solo and chamber career throughout Austria and has appeared as a soloist in many other countries in Europe and Asia. She has also performed as part of the Salzburg Festival, the International Brahmsfestival Mürzzuschlag, the Neuberger Kulturtage, the Attergauer Kultursommer, the Musicfestival St. Gallen, the Chamber Music Festival Hopfgarten and also in the renowned Radio Kulturhaus Wien, Wiener Konzerthaus and Wiener Musikverein.
