Course fees

Registration & Admission

All courses are open to participants of all nationalities. Registrations are generally accepted in the order of receipt of the registration and the receipt of the course fee in the account of the Austrian Master Classes. "First come, first served!"

Due to the high demand and the limited numbers of places, we recommend timely registration! Please note the registration deadline for the respective courses! Later registrations can be considered if there are any places left.

Course fees

The course fees indicated are for the entire course week.

Administration fee per course € 130,00

If you book two courses within a course week or two lessons (80 minutes daily), the administration fee will only be charged once!

40 minutes of individual tuition per day € 360,00

80 minutes of individual tuition per day € 680,00 (recommended)

Course fee MASTER CLASSES

40 minutes of individual tuition per day € 390,00

80 minutes of individual tuition per day € 740,00 (recommended)

Course fee VOCAL MASTER CLASSES

45 minutes of individual tuition per day € 410,00

90 minutes of individual tuition per day € 760,00 (recommended)

Supplementary Courses

Body & Voice € 230,00

Supplementary courses can only be booked in conjunction with a master class! The administration fee will only be charged once!

Reductions
10% reduction of the course fee for siblings up to and including 20-year-olds.

The cost of meals, accommodation or full board at the Landesbildungszentrum Schloss Zell an der Pram is NOT included in the course fee. Please pay on arrival at the reception.

Payment conditions

The registration is binding, the administration fee and the course fee are to be paid on receipt of the invoice stating the invoice number within two weeks with the note "Expense for the recipient" on  ->

All transfer fees are charged to the course participant. However, if charges have been incurred at the expense of the Association Austrian Master Classes, they are to be paid on the day of arrival at the reception.

Terms of withdrawal

a) According to § 11 FAGG, a 14-day withdrawal period applies from the registration date, in which a free cancellation of the registration is possible. The statutory deadline is extended by the Austrian Master Classes in an obliging way for further 14 calendar days.

b) Refund of the entire administration and course fee according to. Invoice in case of lack of places or cancellation of a course by the course management.

c) In case of cancellation of a course by the organizer due to force majeure, for example in case of a pandemic or related official injunctions, the course fee already paid will be refunded. The administration fee is expressly excepted from it.

d) If you register for a course AFTER the regular registration deadline, only the 14-day statutory withdrawal period and free cancellation according to § 11FAGG applies!

e) The registration for a youth course is valid for the respective course and not for a certain lecturer. A possible teacher wish is considered as far as possible and availability with pleasure, however, is not binding for the organizer. The allocation of another lecturer is under no circumstances a reason for a notice of departure of the course or an allowance of the course fee. This clause is valid only for youth courses.

f) Right of representation: A lecturer has the right to be represented by a teacher of equal quality at any time. Representation by another lecturer is under no circumstances a reason to cancel the course or refund the course fee. This clause applies to all master classes.

g) Activities in the group such as chamber orchestra, sight-reading for pianists, flute ensemble, rhythm training, workshop concerts and the final public concert are subject to the applicable pandemic regulations. In the event of cancellation, equivalent replacement activities are offered. Discontinuation of the aforementioned activities does not under any circumstances require a proportionate refund of the course fee.
