My name is Katharina Mitter and I am studying to become a teacher at the University of Education in Upper Austria. Through my daily contact with children, I know how important a safe environment, clear structures and respectful interaction are.
Music has been a part of my life for many years and has long been a central part of my life. I graduated from the Adalbert Stifter Gymnasium with a focus on music and studied at the Anton Bruckner Private University and the Mozarteum University in Salzburg. As a result, I have extensive musical experience and a good understanding of the needs of young musicians.
Since the age of eight, I have regularly participated in the Austrian Master Classes myself. That's why I am very familiar with the procedures, requirements and special challenges. I know how intense this week can be for children and young people, and I will do my best to support them during this time with orientation, daily routines and organisational issues.
