Mirjam Brüllmann currently teaches at the music schools in Erding (Kreismusikschule Erding) and Buchbach. A main emphasis of her teaching lies on chamber music, building on her experience with the German Chamber Orchestra Berlin (Deutsches Kammerorchester Berlin) from 2005-2013. She also leads two successful student ensembles (Streichhölzer Dorfen).

With the German Chamber Orchestra Berlin, she was involved in several recordings, for example „Spheres“, released with the Deutsche Grammophon and featuring Daniel Hope. The orchestra toured in Austria, Italy, France and South Korea. In addition, Mirjam Brüllmann appeared at Friedrichstadtpalast Berlin, where she played in the shows „Qi“ and „Yma“. Furthermore she also taught at Hans-Werner-Henze-Music School in Berlin. Before she moved to Berlin, Mirjam Brüllmann was engaged for two seasons at the opera house of Kaiserslautern (Pfalztheater Kaiserslautern).

Mirjam Brüllmann completed her studies in Munich (Hochschule für Theater und Musik München) with a pedagogical diploma in 2001. She attended a wide range of masterclasses, amongst others with Denes Zigmondy, Aaron Rosand, Markus Wolf. As a student, she also participated at the Summit Music Festival New York and at summer camps of the Lucerne Music Center.
