Ute Hasenauer was concertmaster of the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra in Munich, at the Bamberg Symphony Orchestra and the London Philharmonic Orchestra since 1999, there is also the first woman in the history of the orchestra. In 2004 she was elected a member of ESTA (European String Teacher's Association). In the same year she joined the faculty of the School of Music in Cologne. There, she directs the "Pre-College Cologne" training center for musically gifted".
In addition to instrumental instruction in violin, she is involved in numerous committees for the talent research and promotion activities in the field of music. Ute Hasenauer appeared in numerous television productions at the Bayerischer Rundfunk, WDR, 3sat, MDR , SWR, Br-alpha, German wave, RTBF Belgium, Swiss television and on radio broadcasts in WDR5, WDR 3, NDR, RBB, BR4 Classic, SWR, radio Z and the Belgian radio. Since early childhood she performed as soloist with orchestra Sonata and gave numerous recitals at home and abroad, including as a member of X-ensemble for modern music.
Ute Hasenauer studied at the state universities of Music in Essen, Cologne and Mannheim with Prof. V.Gradow, Prof.S.Grawriloff, Prof. W.Marschner and Prof. YUKim. she was an assistant of Prof.V.Gradow in Essen and Mannheim and Detmold Prof.YUKim. between 1980 and 1995 she was by renowned professors, like V.Gradow, A.Markov invited R.Ricci, M.Rostal, G.Poulet, H.Krebbers, YUKim and I.Stern to actively participate in master classes.
