Born in 1993, Hanna Bachmann has already built up an active concert career that has taken her to numerous European countries. She has been described by Kirill Petrenko, principal conductor of the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra, as a ‘mature personality at the piano’. Particularly noteworthy are her performances at the Wiener Musikverein, the Berlin Philharmonie, the Beethovenhaus Bonn, the Beethovenfest Bonn, the Kultursommer Semmering and the Bodenseefestival. The scholarship holder of the Vorarlberg Richard Wagner Association also made her Mexican debut in 2018, performing with the Orquesta Sinfónica de San Luis Potosí and holding a masterclass at the renowned UNAM. In 2019, she was re-invited to Mexico as the soloist for Clara Schumann's piano concerto, a promising tour of the USA and Canada, her debut in Israel and a concert tour to Saudi Arabia in 2023.
In addition to her solo activities, Hanna Bachmann is dedicated to chamber music and song and is a prizewinner of the renowned International Song Art Competition Stuttgart 2024. Hanna Bachmann is also an enthusiastic member of the Schwarzenberg Trio, which, in addition to performing in various European countries, has also had its own concert series in Vienna since 2021.
She received her training from Ferenc Bognar at the Landeskonservatorium Feldkirch, from Florian Krumpöck in Vienna and completed her bachelor's and master's degrees with Pavel Gililov at the Mozarteum University in Salzburg. She received additional artistic inspiration from Elisabeth Leonskaja, Elisso Virsaladze, Markus Hadulla and Daejin Kim, among others.
Two solo albums are available, including Beethoven's Diabelli Variations. In spring 2021, two recordings followed, one with the Schwarzenberg Trio and one with the song duo Elsa Janulidu.
